Digital Torque Checker

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE IN CHECK WITH THE NEW DIGITAL TORQUE CHECKER.

Digital Torque CheckerAccurate and Affordable for Frequent Torque Wrench Checking
21st Century Technology

Mechanical and Electronic torque wrenches require calibration because the internal mechanisms can wear, fatigue, or become jolted out of accuracy by a drop or misuse. In order to ensure accuracy CDI created the Digital Torque Checker (DTC). The DTC is designed to be an affordable torque checker enabling torque wrench users to conveniently and simply check mechanical and digital wrenches for accuracy between calibration cycles, close to where they are used and stored. The DTC features 3 modes of operation, and operates with three AA batteries or optional 110V AC/220V AC (intl), and 12V DC (cig. lighter) plug.

Features

2503-F-DTC:

  • Range: 25 - 250 ft. lbs.
  • Function Modes : Track, First Peak, Peak
  • Scales: in. lbs. / ft. lbs. / Nm
  • Drive Size: 1/2" (with 3/8" adapter)
  • Mounting: 4 x 5/16" bolt pattern

Dimensions: 4.75 x 13.5 x 1.9

DTC Operation Modes:

Track: displays torque wrench force as it's applied, and released.

First Peak: displays the torque force at the "click" of mechanical wrenches, to check their accuracy.

Peak: displays maximum torque force applied at the wrench. Used to compare digital wrench accuracy (wrench setting to Checker), and for training torque wrench users on proper technique.
